Mount Vernon High School Junior Achievement Newsletter

High School Heroes is a Junior Achievement  program that fosters community, collaboration, and  positive interpersonal relationships. High school  students are trained for several days in grade specific lessons on financial literacy. Once training is  complete, the high school students are “teachers for  a day” at an elementary school in the district. On  April 6th, 2022 the High School Heroes taught at  Traphagen Elementary School.
