Traphagen students explore exciting professions at Career Day
Today, Traphagen celebrated Career Day! School Counselor Stephanie Martino organized an exciting day filled with a variety of careers and engaging activities for students to explore and enjoy. Participating professions included representatives from the airline industry, the Fire Department, the Mount Vernon Youth Bureau, the Mount Vernon Police Department, and Mount Vernon speech-language pathologists.
“We would also like to extend a special thank you to our Parent Liaison for coordinating the participation of the Police and Fire Departments,” said Principal Carol Quinones-Dixon. “Ms. Martino, thank you for inspiring our scholars to envision the many career possibilities they can pursue.”
