Hamilton School students practice mindfulness at Wellness Fair

Mindful minds, healthy hearts! 💙 Fifth and sixth grade students at Hamilton School explored wellness through aromatherapy, bubble breathing, and interactive mindfulness stations designed to promote relaxation, positivity, and self-care during the Wellness Fair last week!
