Grimes School reaches fundraising goal with ENL Grimes Film Festival

This spring the English as a New Language (ENL) Department at Grimes School hosted the ENL Grimes Film Festival. This fundraiser was created to raise money for their June trips to Muscoot Farm and the Mount Vernon Public Library. “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” and “Wicked” were the featured films.  The ENL Department reached their goal of $1,800 due to ticket sales, ENL student contributions, and donations from small business owners in Westchester County, New York City, and even London, England!
