**Label All Items W/Child’s First and Last Name**

• 1-4X6 picture of the child and their immediate family. 
• 2-Boxs of Tissues-Labeled with your child’s name
• 2-Rolls of Paper Towels
• 2-Hand Sanitizer
• 2-Baby Wipes
• 1-Full Size Backpack
• 3-Two Pocket PLASTIC folders
• 1-Pair of over-ear headphones

$15 should be brought in a seperate envelope for students’ trip shirt.

• 1 Clipboard (labeled)
• 1-Reusable water bottle (Spill-Proof)
• 1-Change of clothing, labeled, in an extra-large ziploc
• 2-Shirts
• 3-Pairs of Underwear
• 2-Bottoms
• 2-Pairs of Socks
• 1-Toddler Bed Sheet
• 1-Blanket
• 1-Labeled reusable tote bag (For transporting sheets and t-shirts)

*If you are sending lunch with your child, a small soft lunch bag with an ice pack LABELED* (THIS IS A NUT-FREE DISTRICT)

Uniform: Shirt (Maroon short sleeve, long sleeve, polo) or Khaki Bottoms (shorts, pants, or skirt)
