9th-Grade STEAM Academy Entrance Exam

Current ninth-grade students interested in attending the Mount Vernon STEAM Academy for the 2026–27 school year are invited to take the PreACT 8/9 entrance exam on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Important Information:

Students must complete the PreACT 8/9 to be considered for admission to MVSA.
If seats are available for tenth graders at MVSA for the upcoming school year (2026-27), placement into MVSA will be offered by June 19, 2026.
