Individualized Arts Assessment Pathway

The Mount Vernon City School District has received approval from the New York State Department of Education to offer a new pathway to graduation in the Arts called the Individual Arts Assessment Pathway (IAAP). The IAAP will offer our students a new portfolio-based graduation pathway. The portfolio, a collection of student works and videos, will assess growth in the New York State Learning Standards in the Arts over time.

A special MVCSD Arts Pathway Information Session for the Families of Current 8th graders will be held on Zoom, Monday, May 5 from 6:00 - 7:00pm. Please click here to register for the event. https://forms.office.com/r/53qcze5eJS?origin=lprLink You will receive the Zoom link after registration.
