    Staff members will sign in to the system using their email address and CASE SENSITIVE network password.   All requests for service go through the new system except for move requests which are handled through signed  paper forms available in school main offices. With the exception of mobile equipment such as mobile carts, ipads, etc, no computer equipment should ever be moved without the move request form signed by both the school principal and the technology department administrator or their designee.

    Printer Support:

    For HP and Xerox Toner and printer support, please call the 800 number on the device

    For other printers, please use the Service now work order system

     

    Used Toner and drum units  should be sent via pony to MVHS attention Room 162 for recycling

     

    Email Support:

    Students access email through Office 365. Prior to secondary school student's are not allowed to send email outside of the district but may email each other as well as staff.

    Staff access email through the Webmail link under staff.

     

    Occassionally emails will get trapped in the spam filter. Staff can access the spam filter to release email by clicking here  

    The email archive is a great way for staff to search for emails including emails that have been deleted.   To access the the archive, click here
