The MVCSD encourages an annual physical examination for each pupil. New York State Education Law requires a physical examination of all pupils entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 10th grades and all new admissions. Please download  this document for more information. The document includes a form that should be completed by your doctor and returned to your child's school.***
