Superintendent’s Short Term Goals:
The District’s biggest problem is the low level of student learning. We will make personnel and policy changes to lay the groundwork for improvement in this area.
We will strive to use a team approach in all District activities with all school staff, district staff, parents, community members and Board members.
Student discipline has improved, but still needs more improvement. I will focus on improvement in the secondary schools.
Extracurricular and youth development activities will be supported and not subject to budget bargaining.
All employees do their jobs competently and complete all tasks on time and in compliance with policies and regulations
